Your Kit includes: Authentic corn tortillas. Pico de Gallo, salsa Verde, salsa roja, lime & cumin pickled red onion, pickled jalapeño, shredded spiced red cabbage, ancho sour cream, shredded cheese & fresh cilantro.

Tender Ontario beef, marinated for 24 hours with mild guajillo chili, slow cooked and pulled to perfection
Killer pulled pork carnitas
Niagara pork shoulder, mildly spiced with cumin and oregano, braised for 12 hours until tender
Vampire veg or Diabolical shrimp
Tender jack fruit, slow cooked with Mexican herbs or chili lime sautéed shrimp
